Reminders of Him was a hell of an emotional ride, and I enjoyed every bit of the journey.
The flow with which the story progressed while still keeping the readers on their toes *chef’s kiss* only Coho can do that. The characters, everything they did or said felt so real… it wasn’t sugar coated, this book progressed ahead with the help of reality. It’s a plus that I loved the surreal ending (which I needed in order to rest my heart). The ending of this story couldn’t have been better.
Reading this made me realize, you can't really judge all the works of a writer by her initial books. That’s the time they take to learn, and that’s what leads up to such masterpieces. The same writer who wrote Ugly Love wrote Reminders of Him - which I can assure you is so much better than Ugly Love.
5/5 stars.
